whats the point of this game?
I eventually found out, this is for some covert operation at the end of the game. To me, the whole thing is just stupid, let me explain. It’s a flight simulator and you are in some flight school with instructors that teach you so that you can get licenses. Until the game takes a turn at the end where you’re involved in some military mission.
I noticed that you do two things in the beginning. One, you have to try to land a plane on the runway. Again, to me, it is not self-explanatory; it is not easy to follow. I kept crashing that plane. Mind you, I played this game recently as an adult, and if you want to laugh at my frustrations, feel free to click the link at the end of the blog. Because I have a commentary video that I did, and I just get extremely pissed at this game.
where my frustration begins
In the video I’m also playing the part where you have to jump off the plane and pull out your parachute. Now, you have to land on a specific target, but yet there’s other targets that you can land on. I guess, to gain more points. Every time I keep landing, I pretty much die. I fall right through the grass. And I believe there was some moments where it looked like I made it safely, but the trainer still gets mad at me, so I still technically lost.
I’m not understanding the point! I’m not understanding what I’m supposed to do. I thought I achieved it, but clearly I didn’t. This game sucks. I hate it with a passion. I don’t say that about many games. I wish this game never existed; it is the most stupidest game ever. I haven’t really played the 64 version, but the one for the Super Nintendo completely sucks. The music puts me to sleep and its just a boring game. There’s nothing exciting about it. I don’t know how anybody likes this crap.
Final angry thoughts
I don’t recommend this game to anybody. I can’t speak for the N64 version but the SNES is garbage.
